The CDRS is the central diagnostic and referral agent for Calhoun, Clinton, Eaton, Gratiot, Hillsdale, Ingham, Jackson, Lenewee and Shiawassee counties.  The program provides chemical dependency screening and assessments, referrals to appropriate treatment, assistance with financial arrangements & monitoring of treatment progress and drug testing.
