New Light Consultants is a private non-profit mental health and substance abuse agency that provides outreach counseling services to children and families. New Light Consultants, Inc. is accredited with COA.  We serve Bay, Lapeer, Genessee, Tuscola and Sanilac counties.  Special Services include:  Counseling to abused/neglected children, counseling & groups for deliquent youth, child reintegration for children placed out of home, and intensive counseling for those at risk of removal.  Insurances and credit cards accepted.
