Our vision is to prepare, motivate and assist others in living productive and fulfilling lives. Horizon Treatment Center provides substance abuse intensive outpatient, traditional outpatient, court services for DLAD assessments and drug screening along with individual, family and group therapy for mental health and domestic violence.
