Services: Our community reentry program consists of case management, residential services, vocational rehabilitation, substance abuse evaluation and addiction counseling. We specialize in the rehabilitation of adults with acquired brain injury, mental illness, developmental and physical disabilities, as well as substance abuse treatment needs.
Fee/Funding Sources: Substance Abuse Evaluation (File review, interview, testing, report) - $265, Addictions Counseling (Individual and/or Group) - $60 to 125/session. Treatment includes AA/NA/GA/SA (alcohol, narcotic, gambler, sexual) support groups. Auto no-fault, workers compensation, CMH contracts and private pay.

The primary purpose of CPI is to assist substance abusing/dependent individuals understand and modify their thinking and consequent behavior in order to function in a socially acceptable manner. CPI is committed to achieving productive outcomes for its clients and referring agencies.
Services Provided: Residential/therapeutic community program, sub-acute medically monitored detoxification, outpatient services, drug court, work release therapy program, co-occurring disorders program, women’s program, and screening, assessment, referral, and follow-up (SARF). The residential services range in length from 30 to 90 days and include screening, assessment and evaluation. The Cognitive Behavioral Therapy treatment consists of daily group therapy sessions and weekly individual therapy sessions. Educational services include didactic lectures; media presentations; outside speakers; AIDS/HIV information, testing, and confidential counseling; staff supervised in-house AA/NA meetings 5 days/week; anger management groups; parenting classes; weekly Christian worship services for those so disposed; aftercare referrals; follow-up; arts and crafts; and physical education.

Mission: To provide ethnic-sensitive mental health and substance
abuse services to the residents of Oakland and Macomb counties in
a bilingual and bicultural mode.
Clientele: Hispanic or Spanish-speaking families, children and

Services provided: Outpatient treatment (including dual-diagnosis),
assessments, referrals, prevention, medication reviews, didactic and
psychoeducational groups, community education and pre-natal workshops.

assessments and prevention. CARF accreditation for mental health services
and pending accreditation for substance abuse programs.

Treatment: Inpatient, outpatient, day treatment, and clinical assessment
for adults. Outpatient evaluation, early intervention, intensive outpatient
and early recovery care for adolescents. Specialized outpatient groups
include: gender specific, compulsive gamblers, and health care professionals.
We also provide a nationally recognized Community Education and Children's
Program for parents, children and families affected by addiction. All
of the Maplegrove treatment programs incorporate a family program that
provides education, counseling and Intervention for families in crisis.
We view chemical dependency as a treatable disease. We incorporate the
twelve-step recovery program with our clinical treatment.
Area, Ages Served: There are no restrictions on the area. We provide
treatment for adolescents (ages 12-17) and adults (18 years and older).
Assessment, Screening, Referrals, Recovery Support: Referral sources
and patients can request a clinical assessment by contacting our intake/admIssIon
office during normal business hours at (248) 661-6100. From 5:00pm to
8:00am, they can facilitate an assessment or admission by contacting
our on-call clinician at (586) 717-0168. Upon completion of the assessment,
the treatment team will make a recommendation based the ASAM criteria.
Family Support: Family, friends, employers and other significant
support are encouraged to participate in one of our family programs.
We also host on-site Al-Anon, Gambling Anonymous, Alcoholics Anonymous,
and Narcotics Anonymous meetings for patients and their significant
others.
Licensing, Accreditation, Certification: Licensed through the state
of Michigan and is JCAHO accredited; the credentials for our clinical
staff includes: MSWs, MAs, MSs, CACs, and PhDs. Our physicians are ASAM
certified. We have a staff psychiatrist, registered dietician, technicians

M.R.C. is an outpatient methadone maintenance and methadone detoxification
program licensed by MDPH/CSAS (#630417) and accredited by COA. The
clinic is conveniently located across from the Northland Shopping
Center. Our clinical staff includes: Medical Director, Consulting
Psychologist, Nurses and Social Workers. We accept private pay, most
Medicaid and Blue Cross patients.

Treatment: Residential, Extended Care/IOP, Outpatient and 3/4
Housing. Individualized treatment plans to focus on particular needs
of each client. Gender specific, women with children and HIV/AIDS
programs also offered. Exposure to support groups (AA, NA, GA, etc.)
is an integral part of treatment.
