Team Mental Health is a company that offers services to a wide variety of consumers, including those with mental illness (MI) as well as those with developmental disabilities (DD). We provide both residential and outpatient services for our consumers, ranging from semi-independent and group home facilities to our three outpatient clinics and skill building centers. We offer case management, consultation sessions, outpatient psychiatric appointments, and crisis intervention programs.
