Provides services to adults, 40 years of age and older, experiencing problems with the abuse of alcohol, prescription medication, and/or other drugs.  The program places a major emphasis on providing older adults with substance abuse education, recovery tools and strategies for maintaining long term recovery and continued support.  Services include intensive outpatient and standard outpatient treatment. The intensive outpatient program occurs Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursday, and Fridays from 10am to 12pm. This allows us to meet the needs of our older adult patients. The OARC also utilizes Peer Counselors, trained OARC alumni, as important resources for participants.   If needed, referrals for detoxification can be provided.   For general information and admission, contact our centralized assessment services at 734-593-5251 or 1-800-328-6261
