Project Rehab’s Women's Recovery Center provides 24-hour residential treatment for adult women with substance use and co-occurring disorders. In addition to personal counseling, small group interactions, and family treatment, this gender-specific program is staffed by women and focuses on building life skills the promote empowerment and confidence. Project Rehab’s Hispanic Recovery Program (HRP) is the only program of its kind in Michigan. The program provides 24-hour residential treatment for Hispanic adults with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders. This unique treatment program that provides treatment of substance use disorders in an environment that honors and respects all Hispanic cultures. Language is not a barrier to treatment and progress--all staff members are bilingual and can meet the varying language needs of clients. The multi-cultural staff provides individual counseling sessions, group sessions, and therapeutic activities. The inability to pay for services need not be an obstacle to get needed treatment. Because most clients are admitted through a coordinating agency that covers the costs, treatment is available at no cost to the client.
