Project Rehab’s Transitional Services helps those who may need outpatient counseling for substance use disorders, those who need diversion programming, and those involved in the legal system. Our staff assists with a wide array of issues that help people take care of themselves. In addition to assisting with transitional housing and employment needs, we also provide counseling about housing options, employment concerns, and creating and following a budget. In addition we provide referrals for clothing, household items, and other necessities. Project Rehab, part of Proaction Behavioral Health Alliance, has been improving lives since 1968. The Community Alternatives Program (CAP) is a residential reentry center that is contracted to provide readjustment services with the Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP). CAP’s programming provides clients with comprehensive skill training, mental health therapies, and treatment for substance use disorders. By providing specialized programs for probation and pre-trial clients, we are supporting the FBOP’s mission to provide work and other self-improvement opportunities to assist offenders in becoming law-abiding citizens.  Project Rehab, part of Proaction Behavioral Health Alliance, has been improving lives since 1968.   For further information, call (616) 776-0891
