Provides services to Monroe County Medicaid recipients and Monroe County residents with no insurance dependent upon service eligibility criteria through the Southeastern partnership. Our Access Department provides crisis services, authorization for inpatient hospitalization of all Medicaid and indigent consumers and the initial intake for entry into our services. We have several departments that provide services to children and families, individuals with developmental disabilities, adults with mental illness and all age groups for individuals with a co-occurring diagnosis (mental illness and substance abuse). Our services range from short term outpatient services, case management, supports coordination and Assertive Community Treatment (ACT).
